And finally...

In my opinion....
The Mita System is remarkable because most of the hard and tough work was done because of it. To elaborate on this, let's think of it this way. At the moment, nobody would want to give up their days to work for the government. However, if you involve their family and a substantial life, a man will take the offer. However, a reward comes with a price. For example, if the soldiers cultivated farms for the government, they had peace at hand because they knew their family would be well fed and clothed, as said before. For the government, the reward was victory and power. This system required labor work right? If you really think about it, without the task at hand, there would be no ruins to discover. Without ruins we would not know much about the Mita System or the Inca Empire in general. Lastly, since the workers had to do labor, instead of losing money, they're really gaining from the system because they ensure that their families and themselves have a substantial life.
